Big Tiny Fest: A Playful Festival For Young Children At Umi Early Years
Big Tiny Fest, a festival created especially for young children, will take place at the progressive pre-school Umi Early Years. The two-day festival brings together storytelling, art, music and interactive sessions designed for the little ones. The festival will feature a selection of celebrated children’s authors and illustrators such as Vibha Batra, Chatura Rao, Adithi Rao, Sharanya Kunnath, Kavita Singh Kale and Nanditha Rao. The festival will also include entertainment sessions ranging from dancing with Kavita Singh Kale, to making noise with Vibha Batra and even The Fart and Poop Show with the quirky Nanditha Rao. Alongside this, there will be vintage children’s records being played, workshops on drawing dragonflies and making dancing robots.

Maize & Malt is hosting a Sri Lankan food festival in association with Priya Bala, journalist, restaurant critic for over a decade, and author. The menu will feature dishes such as Banana Flower Cutlets, Bittergourd Sambol, Seeni Sambol Buns, Mushroom Patties, Devilled Chicken, Fish Cutlets, Prawn Vada, and Black Pork. Sunday Soul Sante is back, and it’s the Tropical Edition featuring eco-friendly decor, 1500+ plants across the venue which they are doing in partnership with INDAM Seeds, and a curated lineup of homegrown brands prioritising sustainability, handmade processes, upcycled creations, and local impact. Plus, they will also be partnering with One Blu Foundation (Blue Dot) to raise funds toward the creation of a 2,000-tree native forest in Jakkur. Whitefield Art Collective 2026
The 9th edition of the Whitefield Art Collective (WAC) will kick off this month. The month-long public art festival that will run until mid-April, and over the course of the festival, visitors can experience fine art, sculptures, installations, photography exhibitions, and curated artist showcases, including works such as Cinema Reimagined by Gita Hudson and Elements by Nele Martens. The programme will also include Art Cinema, Whitefield Literary Society events, performance art Second Skin, a resin art workshop, the Young Artists Program, and the Art Bazaar.
